On September 15, the opening ceremony of the 14th National Games was held at the Xi'an Olympic Sports Center built by CSCEC. In addition to the Xi'an Olympic Sports Center, CSCEC has undertaken the construction of more than ten venues for the 14th National Games.

Xi'an Olympic Sports Center

The architectural pattern of Xi'an Olympic Sports Center is based on the pomegranate flower to symbolize the Silk Road. It can host 16 international level events such as basketball, ice hockey, gymnastics, fencing, table tennis and badminton. After the 14th National Games, the Sports Center will also host international professional events such as ice hockey and badminton, as well as performing arts and exhibition.

Weinan Sports Center

The Weinan Sports Center has a construction area of about 124,000 square meters. The main part of the project, the Weinan Stadium, has a construction area of 37,740 square meters, with 32,000 seats for spectators. After upgrading and improving the supporting facilities, it will host the soccer and weightlifting events of the 14th National Games.

Yangling International Tennis Sports Center

Yangling International Tennis Sports Center is located in Yangling Demonstration Zone, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, and is the main venue for tennis competitions of the 14th National Games. The construction area of the project is about 35,000 square meters, including a 4,117-seat central tennis court, a 1,200-seat secondary court, 8 outdoor competition courts, 6 training courts, an indoor tennis court, a standard soccer field and a 400-meter athletic track.

Ankang Gymnasium

Ankang Gymnasium covers an area of 160 mu, with a total seating capacity of 5,013 seats, and was the venue for the martial arts (Wushu Sanda) competition of the 14th National Games.

Chang'an Changning Ecological Sports Training and Competition Base

Chang'an Changning Ecological Training and Competition Base is the main venue for shooting, archery and skeet competition of the 14th National Games, which will be used as a national comprehensive sports training center after its completion, as well as a center hosting various large shooting and archery sports events.

Aoxiang Gymnasium of Northwestern Polytechnical University

Aoxiang Gymnasium of Northwestern Polytechnical University covers a total area of more than 20,000 square meters, with more than 4,500 seats in the stands, and will host the men's volleyball games of the 14th National Games.

Equestrian Stadium of the 14th National Games

The equestrian stadium and supporting programs of the 14th National Games mainly undertake the equestrian dressage, show jumping and eventing of the 14th National Games. A total of 5 competition and training arenas were built.

Invengo Gymnasium of Xidian University

The main hall of Invengo Gymnasium of Xidian University is based on the design of "radar antenna". As the main badminton court of the 14th National Games, the venue has 20 standard badminton courts, 3 standard basketball courts and 1 standard indoor tennis court, and it is the only college gymnasium with 5G coverage.

Dragon Boat Sports Base

The Dragon Boat Sports Base is located in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total construction area of about 23,800 square meters, which will serve as the main venue for dragon boat events in the 14th National Games and the main venue for dragon boat events for the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.                      

Xi'an City Sports Park Gymnasium

Xi'an City Sports Park Gymnasium is located in the heart of Xi'an Northern Economic Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 800 mu (including the main and secondary sports halls). It is an ecological sports theme park featuring ball games, as well as leisure and relaxation facility for the citizens.

Shaanxi Provincial Stadium

Shaanxi Provincial Stadium, one of the host venues for the Chinese National Football Team, will serve as the stand by venue for the opening ceremony of the 14th National Games and the venue for the women's soccer games, with a seating capacity of 43,000 after it is upgraded.

Hanzhong Scenic Area of Hanjiang River and Its Banks

The Hanzhong Scenic Area of Hanjiang River and Its Banks is located in the south of Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. Together with the green area of about 5 kilometers along both banks of Hanjiang River in the north of Dahekan Town, Nanzheng District, they make up the outdoor competition area for the triathlon competition of the 14th National Games.
