CSCEC has recently received the taking over certificate from the client Ithra Dubai for the Deira Waterfront Development (Phase 1) Plot No. 1. Ithra Dubai is a real estate developer wholly owned by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD).

During the construction stage, the project team overcame many obstacles with all strength and took full advantage of available resources. In accordance with a reasonable construction plan, our team successfully completed a series of complicated constructions including a steel covered bridge with a roof structure. The covered bridge is 70 meters above the ground and weighs 200 tons. Its construction reflects CSCEC's advanced technology and efficient performance among the industry.

In addition, committed to the safety of the project, the team carried out strict safety management and was awarded HSE Excellence Award and 10 Million Safe Man Hours Award from the client. The timely completion of the project demonstrated CSCEC's capacity for implementing the contract, laying a solid basis for further cooperation with Investment Corporation of Dubai in the future!
