Cumulatively and newly signed contracts in architecture industry is 417.8 billion yuan, a year-on year growth of 42.1%. The orders in house-building industry and infrastructure construction are booming, with the cumulatively and newly signed contracts worth 331.1 billion yuan and 85 billion yuan respectively, a year-on-year growth of 29.7% and 129.5% respectively. Also, exploration and design industry has newly signed contracts worth 1.6 billion yuan. Domestic business has develops at a frenetic pace, and its cumulatively and newly signed contract value are 411 billion yuan, with a year-on year growth of 57.6%. In terms of real physical indexes, the areas of new and completed housing-building projects have increased dramatically. The areas of new projects are 50.037 million square meters, a year-on-year growth of 69.6%. The areas of completed projects are 22.14 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 177.5%.

The real estate industry has continued to increase, and has achieved sales of appropriate 52.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 54.1%. The contracted areas are 25.1 billion square meters, a year-on-year growth of 38.3%. Besides, CSCEC has newly acquired 9.5 billion square meters of land reserves, and the total land reserve is 11.924 million square meters, showing a sufficient land reserve.
