VP of CSCEC Meets with RICS Chief Executive

Vice President Zheng Xuexuan of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd (CSCEC) met with the visiting Chief Executive Sean Tompkins of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on January 19, 2016.
Vice President Zheng expressed his welcome to the visiting guests from RICS before introducing about the overall business development of CSCEC as well as past and present collaborations between the two sides. Chief Executive Tompkins told about RICS history, mission and current development, as well as RICS joint development of a best practice toolkit with the United Nations Global Compact. The two sides discussed about their possible cooperation in the sectors of infrastructure, investment, real estate and construction, and exchanged their views on the cooperation modes and directions of professional talent training for the said sectors.
RICS, established in London in 1868, is the world’s leading qualification when it comes to professional standards in design, land, property, construction and environment.
